Rhodes grad who spent 5 years in South Korea teaching English (yes, I can speak a bit of Korean) and traveling Asia before settling in Cape Town and jumping into the business world to focus on what I actually studied.

Started off in the startup/tech world in a Business Operations and Finance role and spent years helping those businesses grow and expand before I took my own leap of faith and started my leadership coaching business in 2022.

Now I'm helping leaders navigate the pressure of new roles, I'm growing and supporting communities of business leaders, and I'm building a quietly fulfilling life filled with adventures with my hubby.

Leap provides strategic leadership support for leaders stepping into new roles, helping them perform confidently, lead well, and sustain their energy under pressure without burning out.

What products/services do you sell?

I offer two services:

- One-off 90-min Focus Refinement Sessions for leaders who want clarity and direction before they take action.
- 10-month Leadership Leap partnerships for leaders navigating high-pressure role transitions with a focus on mindset shifts and practical leadership skills, helping them step up without burning out.

What is your biggest goal for personal and professional improvement or growth?

My goal this year is focused on capacity and energy management - being clear about what is energizing and what is draining, so that I can drop the 'shoulds' and create space for what will truly contribute to my personal and professional life.

What is your biggest challenges that you’d like to overcome in the hivemind?

I'm refining my marketing funnels this year, so the challenge I'm tackling is building and tracking measurable metrics to align my efforts and identify key areas for automation.

How can you help others in the community?

I geek out over business in general - from strategy and marketing to ops and people. I enjoy being a thinking partner for business owners and leaders and helping them talk through challenges, get unstuck, and think things through.

I’m always happy to share practical lessons from my background in business operations, building and growing my own service business, and working alongside SMEs and leadership communities.

I also enjoy connecting people and making thoughtful introductions where it feels helpful. I genuinely care about strong, supportive business communities and find it really fulfilling to help people move forward and flourish together.
