Cands is a systems-savvy entrepreneur who is driven by building actually impactful communities. So businesses can actually connect with their audiences, while providing a channel for meaningful and collaborative product feedback and improvement.

As a neurodiverse human navigating today's world, she's realised that the world was NOT made in a way that is inclusive and sustainable. And she's on a mission to help a million people become self-employed.

Because self-empowerment is the first step towards being able to build a new world that ACTUALLY works for all of us, and our planet.

Give a brief description of what your company does?

Candid Collab is a community strategy & operations consultancy that helps small businesses build, launch and grow their community as their business's main growth or marketing engine.

What products/services do you sell?

Candid Community: Free networking space for freelancers, business owners and working professionals trying to build community-driven businesses together.

Community Hivemind: A peer-driven business mastermind for professionals who want to build their own community systems, with the support of a "Community Mentor" and others also in the arena with them!

Community Copilot: A 1:1 community mentorship where I help founders and their teams to design, build and market their digital products themselves. We have monthly 1:1 workshops and they get a direct support line to me so I can help their team implement the strategies/tactics we work on together.

Strategic or Workflow Optimisation Sprint: These are facilitated workshops where I help teams audit, map out and optimise a workflow or a bigger system in their business. We then create a roadmap on what they need to do implement to align that workflow/system with their current business goals.
